A product manager will be assigned to your startup and will form a developer team for your startup once your application is shortlisted after our review and we signed a cooperation contract. The team will work on your idea until the release of the product, and we will continue to take care of the updating and maintenance of the product throughout its life cycle.

Once our cooperation is confirmed, you will be invited to the regular meetings of the project meetings and minimalistic agile boards to make sure everything goes as you expect. We always hear your requests and opinions, and you can always treat us as committed partners who stand by your side, forever.

Of course. We respect all business ideas. However, it would be perfect if you could draft an application and submit it with the necessary materials including but not limited to a thorough marketing strategy, competitor analysis, and revenue forecast to us. We will get back to you once it is reviewed by our professional team.

X% and Y% vary from project to project depending on the underlying risks, maturity of your startup, and the type of service you want from us. In the best case, if your idea is original and we see a great future for it, we support 75% of the development costs in exchange for 33% equity. If extremely rare cases, we accept providing services (i.e., X = 100%, Y = 0%).

Unfortunately, we will not take part in the marketing of your idea or its final product. Indeed, it is one of our criteria whether to accept your project. We suggest that you approach us with a well-justified marketing strategy to increase the feasibility of your idea(s).

After we receive your application sent to info@hoenir.io, we will form a professional team according to the nature of your idea to evaluate the feasibility, profitability, and other technical issues regarding the realization of your idea. Generally, we will get back to you with a preliminary decision within 15 business days.

Not necessarily. If you are not sure whether you should start a company for your valuable idea(s), you may focus on your idea first. In our communication, we will suggest the most efficient and effective solutions to facilitate our cooperation according to the actual situation of the project. That said, on a friendly note, we recommend you register a company to protect your personal life from any possible liability in the future.

After we sign the strategic cooperation agreement, we are on the way to the development of the project. Our internal arrangements could take up to two weeks, but we will make sure everything is going as the timetable with the necessary milestones that we have agreed upon.

Generally, you will be in full charge of the Intellectual Property of your idea and the corresponding product. More details will be included in the strategic co-operation contract.
